The 2023 Africa Housing Awards and Industry End of the Year Dinner witnessed the recognition of winners on Sunday, 17th December 2023, at the Abuja International Conference Center.

Among those recognized, the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) clinched the esteemed title of “Best Professional Bodies President of the Year,” awarded to the president of the Institution, ESV Johnbull O. Amayaevbo PNIVS.

This award not only celebrates president Amayaevbo’s individual accomplishments but also underscores the collective effort of NIESV in shaping the trajectory of the Nigerian real estate landscape.

The Africa Housing Awards have once again proven to be a platform that recognizes and honors those who contribute significantly to the advancement of the housing industry.

The celebration paraded an array of signatories including former chief of army staff Lt Gen Martin Luther agwai, the hon minister for housing and minister who was represented by His chief of staff alhaji shey Usman oshidi and former minister of environment Surv Suleiman Hassan and Arc Musa sada former minister of mines among other dignatories who are members of national assemblies, captains of industries, ambassadors among others.
