HDAN welcomes Tambuwal and Izunaso -New Senate Committee Chairman & Deputy, Says we are ready to work with them

The Housing Development Advocacy Network HDAN has applauded the appointment of Osita Izunaso as vice chairman of the Senate Committee on Housing as the 10th Senate unveiled the members of its several committees today.

HDAN, a leading Housing advocacy in the country on Monday described Izunaso as a highly resourceful individual who has distinguished himself when it comes to the housing sector.

HDAN reinstates it’s believe that the Senate Committee will help push the agenda of getting a better housing sector

“The Housing Development Advocacy Network has hailed the nomination of Distinguished Senator Osita Izunaso as the Vice Chairman of Senate Committee on Housing.

Describing him as a proactive and highly result oriented person, the Executive Director of the Network, Festus Adebayo said his membership of the committee is a great plus to the housing sector, noting that he has the capacity to move the sector forward.

Recall that, Osita was the chairman of Housing committee during his first coming to the National Assembly.

Consequently, Festus Adebayo also tasked the Senate Committee and the government to consider strong regulations of the activities of real estate developers, mortgage development and government intervention in addressing high cost of building materials and how to deliver housing as palliative to oil subsidy withdrawal.
