Blessing Ejedoh Gerald, the Chief Executive Officer of Egovas Global Limited, highlighted the underappreciated value of land banking in Nigeria during her recent interaction with the press. The Delta State University graduate emphasized the significance of this untapped resource in the country’s economic landscape.

Gerald shared insights into her proactive approach to expanding her knowledge base, having actively pursued learning opportunities in project management, entrepreneurship, social media marketing, and real estate through conferences both locally and internationally.

Highlighting the company’s offerings, Gerald mentioned, “Egovas Global Limited boasts multiple estates situated in Warri, the oil city of Nigeria, offering plots starting at N600,000.”

Furthermore, she elucidated on the company’s services, stating, “Our services extend beyond land sales. We assist clients in selling properties by meticulously vetting each property before making it available to the public.”
