In an effort to maintain order and ensure safety, the Federal Housing Authority has emphasized that only the managing director or their representative will be allowed to attend the bid openings. Representatives will be cleared at the gate to ensure smooth access to the FHA Head office, with special measures in place to control the expected crowd.

The announcement highlighted the government’s commitment to transparency and order in the bidding process, apologizing for any inconvenience caused due to the necessary crowd control measures.

With this move, the Federal Government is one step closer to delivering affordable housing to Nigerians, and the public eagerly awaits the next phases of the project.
