The Hon. Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development, Abdullahi Tijjani Muhammad Gwarzo, has affirmed the ministry’s commitment to realizing President Bola Ahmad Tinubu’s “Renew Hope Agenda” on housing projects in the country.
During a courtesy visit by the executive members of the Medical and Dental Consultant Association of Nigeria, the Minister emphasized the association’s crucial role in providing decent and healthy housing.
According to a statement by Adamu Abdullahi, Senior Special Assistant Media to the Hon. Minister, Gwarzo announced President Tinubu’s upcoming launch of the “Mega City project” as part of the “Renew Hope Agenda” initiative, aimed at delivering affordable mass housing for all Nigerians.

Expressing appreciation for the association’s foresight, Minister Gwarzo commended their collaboration with the ministry. He assured them of his commitment to working together to ensure the provision of quality mass housing estates across the country.
During the visit, Professor Muhammad Aminu Muhammad, the national president of the association, briefed the Minister on their activities and sought collaboration in the provision of affordable, safe, and stable housing in alignment with health planning. Prof. Muhammad urged the Minister to facilitate the allocation of a plot of land in Abuja for the construction of the association’s head office.
